Outstanding experience. Popped in 3 weeks ago today (a Saturday) looking for something smaller than my Berlingo to encourage my wife to get back into driving (not driven since our Covid lockdown). Discussed with Cameron when I wanted, high driving position, real hand brake (not electric), normal, simple knobs and switches (not through a tablet in dashboard, etc). He called me a couple of days later, suggesting a Yeti, perfect I thought, so Avenue tried to find me one. Returned today to see what they found, before it gets advertised. NO need to advertise it, Im having it, a fair price for my PX (not my Berlingo!), deposit paid today, to be collected next week after safety checks etc. completed. An outstanding experience, in 58 years of driving I have never before asked a garage to find me my next car, from this experience Ill do it again, with Avenue Cars of Gloucester.

Having recently purchased a Golf SV from Avenue Cars I can't recommend them enough as a reliable and friendly garage! After visiting several dealerships around the Midlands area I thought I would give them a try as I was getting very low offers for my part exchange and overall service just wasn't that great. As soon as I arrived at Avenue I was greeted by Cameron who let me look over and inspect the vehicle in my own time and was a pleasure to deal with, the entire purchase process was super easy, no pressure and I had a great offer on my part exchange. (There was even time for a coffee and chat before I made my way back home).

When I got the car home there were a few issues unfortunately but Cameron was super helpful, polite and quick in getting these sorted ASAP and I was soon back on the road. Again couldn't recommend them enough and thanks for the great service!

After seeing a car that met our requirements, we went down to view it at Avenue Cars.

The car look looked in good condition with just a few marks that had been highlighted. We waiting until the salesman had finished with a customer and asked about the car, the marks and the general history.

Cameron introduced himself and was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions without being pushy or us feeling like he was trying to get a sale, not your usual car salesman persona.

The marks had been highlighted to be sorted out the coming week, it had been MOT’d a few days earlier and it had a full service history.

We asked if we could take it for a test drive, thinking Cameron would come along, but just leaving a driving licence and our car keys, we were able to give the car a good 30 mins out on the road.

Having returned to the garage we were sold, and Camerson was great, going through all the paperwork on the car, explaining exactly what work would be carried out before we picked it up the following Saturday. He gave us his card and said that if we had any questions then to give him a call.

We arrived early to pick up the car and it was immaculate, all the work had been done to a high standard and the service we received from Cameron was both professional, friendly and helpful.

We would definitely not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Avenue Cars again.

From day 1, I dealt with Cameron who I found to be extremely pleasant, efficient and easy to get on with. He always called back when he said he would. Commercially there was no endless haggling, a mutually acceptable agreement was reached very quickly. What I enjoyed the most was the fun we had during the process and exchange of banter.
